شرح موقعیت شغلی

Why this role exists

We’re an FMCG e-commerce company scaling fast. Your mission is to make our storefront blazingly fast, accessible, and conversion-obsessed—from product discovery to checkout and loyalty. You’ll shape our web experience end-to-end and help set front-end standards for the whole org.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship user-facing features in React + Next.js (App Router) with TypeScript.
  • Use SSR/SSG/ISR and Edge Functions to deliver Core Web Vitals-friendly pages at scale.
  • Own performance: set budgets, profile, and optimize Lighthouse/CWV (LCP/INP/CLS).
  • Implement accessible, responsive UI (WCAG 2.2 AA) across mobile/desktop.
  • Partner with Product & Design on discovery; prototype quickly; run A/B tests and experiments.
  • Integrate with headless commerce, CMS, search, payments, and analytics 
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and mentoring mid/junior engineers.
  • Help improve our CI/CD and observability (Sentry/Datadog).

  • Frontend: React 18, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript
  • State/Data: TanStack Query, Zustand/Redux Toolkit, REST
  • Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress
  • UI Frameworks and Libraries: MUI, Ant Design, Tailwind, …
What makes you a great fit

  • 4–7+ years building production web apps, with deep React + Next.js experience.
  • Strong TypeScript skills; you value maintainable component APIs and type-safe data flows.
  • Comfort with SSR/ISR, caching, SEO fundamentals, structured data, and i18n.
  • Proven track record with performance & accessibility (you’ve fixed real-world LCP/INP issues).
  • Solid testing habits and CI/CD familiarity.
  • Excellent product sense and communication; you collaborate well with non-engineers.
Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce/FMCG: catalogs, promotions, coupons, loyalty, subscriptions.
  • Experimentation platforms, design systems at scale, micro-frontends.
  • Edge/serverless patterns, security basics (XSS/CSRF), and privacy-aware analytics.
