Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality IT services to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, network support, and web content management, ensuring our IT systems operate smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• IT Support: Provide IT support and services to company employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues for client systems, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Hardware Maintenance: Support and troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, scanners, PBX systems, etc.
• Network Support: Assist with limited network maintenance tasks, including passive network tasks when required.
• Website Management: Update and manage content on the company’s website.
• Server Support: Perform server support tasks, ensuring systems are maintained and running efficiently.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of support activities and regularly report on IT operations.
Required Skills:
• Networking Knowledge: Understanding of network concepts (Network+) and operating systems.
• Server Management: Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux services.
• Ticketing and Monitoring Tools: Experience with IT ticketing and monitoring tools.
• Documentation: Proficiency in creating documentation and producing regular, structured reports.
• Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
