Job Title: Project & Program Management Specialist

We are currently seeking motivated and high-potential professionals for Project and Program Management roles. While experience and technical knowledge are important, our primary focus is on exceptional soft skills, advanced English communication ability, and professional presence in interviews and client-facing environments.

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related roles

  • Budget awareness and cost tracking
  • Documentation and project reporting
  • Meeting facilitation and status presentations
  • Client-facing communication skills
  • Change management basics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international teams
Experience in interview-based or client-facing roles
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications (a plus, not mandatory)
