Experience Requirement
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python Development, or related roles.
Required AI / Machine Learning Skills
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
- Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience with AI and Machine Learning frameworks
- Experience building, testing, and optimizing ML models
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
- Model performance tuning and optimization
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience integrating AI solutions into production environments
- Understanding of software development best practices
- Documentation of models, workflows, and technical processes
Preferred Technical Qualifications
- Experience with Python libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar technologies
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG systems, or related technologies
- Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, and backend systems
- Experience building AI-powered applications and automation solutions
- Experience working with international teams
- Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in production-level AI or Machine Learning projects
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Relevant AI, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud, or Data Science certifications (a plus, not mandatory)
