Job Title: Database Programmer / Database Developer
We are currently seeking motivated and high-potential professionals for Database Programming roles. While technical expertise is important, we are also looking for individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, advanced English communication skills, professional presence, and the ability to work effectively in international environments.

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Database Programming, Database Development, SQL Development, or related roles.
Required Database Programming Skills

  • Strong SQL programming skills
  • Database design and architecture knowledge
  • Query optimization and performance tuning
  • Writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
  • Database normalization and data modeling
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Data manipulation, migration, and integration
  • Debugging and troubleshooting database issues
  • Understanding of indexing and database performance concepts
  • Database security and access control basics
  • Documentation of database structures and processes
Preferred Technical Qualifications

  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems
  • Experience working with backend systems and APIs
  • Knowledge of database optimization techniques
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

  1. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  2. Experience in large-scale projects or production environments
  3. Relevant database, programming, or cloud certifications (a plus, not mandatory)
