Solidity, Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js

A strong background in distributed systems architecture, decentralized application development, and crypto assets is a foundational requirement.
NFT minting and trading using both L1 and L2 chains is preferred.
Specific skills include Solidity language based smart contract development, Etherscan based tracking and using frameworks like Hardhat will be a day to day requirement.
Experience with asset management and tracking with Interplanetary file systems (IPFS) and pinning services like Pinata will also be preferred.
A professional understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and its Yellow Paper
Fluency in Solidity or Vyper and Javascript or Python
At least operational knowledge of JavaScript
You care about building high-quality well-tested code
Experience with web3 related libraries and API design
A high level understanding of common cryptographic and smart contract related vulnerabilities
Strong debugging skills and/or experience with reverse engineering
Great written communication skills
