WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

A senior UX designer with a strategic design background
Can think at all layers, from product design to interaction, to beautiful pixels
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering compelling products in high growth, fast pace rapidly changing the environment that delight users
Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, web and mobile interface trends
Great ownership and collaborative mindset to ship products
Data-driven designer with great A/B Testing and research knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web-based products
Proficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools and prototyping (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe design tools, etc.)
A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web-based products and mobile applications

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to handle deadlines with agility and results-driven approach
Fluent in English
A social person who enjoys team collaboration (we have a friendly team, and we like to enjoy our work)
A self-learner person who also enjoys sharing his/her knowledge to the whole team
A good understanding of working in Agile teams and knowing the ups and downs of Scrum (Sprints, boards, tasks, etc.)
