We need a programmer who can create templates and themes based on an UI ,and UX design 

Requirements :

2- Functional programming and OOP concepts

6-React dom router
7- Persistors 
8-IndexDB
9-Bootstrap
10-Tailwind Css
11-Familiar with rest framework
12-Familiar with MVC software design concept
13-With ability of problem solving, and being independent
14-Github
15-With the ability of cooperation with other programmers
