job description:
- implement, and maintain computer systems and networks, which may include personal computers, servers, networking equipment, operating systems, and software applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, services and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Maintain and update system documentation
requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years proven work experience in IT
- Knowledge of relevant IT standards and practices
- Knowledge of hardware and software infrastructure systems(VMWare Products, Fortigate UTM, Cisco R&S,...)
