Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to join our “Farabixon Tribe” team at Soshyant. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design tribe, creating innovative and user-centric designs, and driving the overall product design strategy that leads to business outcomes. You will also have a strong understanding of product, design, and business metrics and be able to define metrics for assessing design impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design tribe, inspiring and guiding a team of talented designers.
- Establish and refine the product design process, including ideation, concept development, prototyping, and iteration, ensuring efficient workflows and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and coherence across all products and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create user-centric designs, driving product strategy.
- Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Figma and design systems.
- Strong strategic mindset and the ability to align design efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Experience in monitoring key product, design, and business metrics to data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach to design.
- +3y of experience in product design or similar roles.
- Portfolio demonstrating different design skills, the experience of shipping products & showcasing your design process.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Understanding of common software development practices.
- Familiarity with Service Design or Business Design.
- Strong business/product sense.
