- Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
- Work with software engineers to define requirements and standards
- Research, test, and implement new technologies to support the application architecture
- Deploying applications on Kubernetes and on-premises infrastructures.
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools and shell scripting.
- Setting up CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab, Maven, Dotnet)
- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services
- Ability to provision and manage open-source relational/non-relational databases and object stores.
- A working understanding of code and script to automate routine tasks.
Job requirement:
- +5 years experience in the DevOps field.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration(Kubernetes).
- In-depth technical knowledge of and experience with Linux.
- Strong knowledge of shell scripting or at least one programming language.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and initiative.
- Expertise in supporting and designing web applications running on a Linux infrastructure.
- Experience with configuration management systems such as Puppet or Ansible
