● Provide support for SIP-based software installations.
● Monitor IP-PBX servers for their functionalities.
● Configure and maintain IP-PBX servers.
● Troubleshoot voice services and try to solve them in coordination with the technicians.
● Provide regular reports on system performance and usage.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or similar fields.
● Extensive experience working as a VoIP engineer.
● Experience in working with Asterisk and IP-PBX.
● Excellent troubleshooting skills.
● Understand routing/switching pretty well.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work well under pressure.
Preferred skills and abilities:
● Familiarity with Linux.
● Familiarity with Dial-Plan programming in Asterisk.
● Familiarity with Python and PHP.
● Familiarity with Cisco collaboration course.
