شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:
Are you a passionate Product Designer eager to make a meaningful impact? Join our team and help us transform the way donors and Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) connect. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our innovative two-sided platform.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain scalable design systems in Figma for rapid prototyping and engineering implementation
  • Create low and high-fidelity product designs with detailed specifications for seamless engineering handoffs
  • Collaborate with other team members in tech and business development to define customer interaction and customer experiences that balance their needs with mission / business goals and technological capabilities
  • Develop and maintain user personas, empathy maps, and journey maps to inform our product roadmap
  • Enhance implementation efficiency with detailed specifications and interactive prototypes
  • Structure and conduct outcomes-driven user research and usability testing
  • Lead customer experience research and execute user testing of current and future designs, collect feedback for the product team


  Qualifications:

  • +3 years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Passion for solving product problems while balancing all facets of a user experience (strategy and research, information architecture, interaction design)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; you have the ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the "why" behind your design rationale
  • A track record of designing high-quality digital products that delivered results and demonstrate the depth of your design skills
  • Foundational knowledge of the end to end product design process, demonstrating an understanding of product strategy, distilling the jobs to be done for a given user, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, and user interface design

Additional Qualifications:

  • You understand front-end code, the limitations of technology and have a deep understanding of the needs of engineers you've worked with previously
  • Experience creating infographics, diagrams, and illustrative content to support product narratives

Company location: Jordan St
Working days: in person from Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 6 pm
