We are looking for a Senior Python Django Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python and Django frameworks, with a proven track record of developing scalable and robust web applications. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy server-side features and APIs using the Django framework.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection solutions.
Contribute to the improvement of the application’s architecture and its maintenance.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
Stay informed of new technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Python developer.
3+ years of experience working with Django.
Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Understanding of frontend frameworks like React.
