Summary:
The Business Strategist will develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the home appliances segment. This includes benchmarking rivals, profiling our own brands, positioning our brands, benchmarking trends, collecting ideas, and developing product, service, and business roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to differentiate our brands from competitors
- Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities for innovation
- Collect and evaluate product and service ideas from a variety of sources
- Develop detailed product, service, and business roadmaps to guide our future growth
- Propose new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business strategy and development
- Strong understanding of the home appliances industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies
