Job Description
o Defining Category Short term and Long-term Growth Strategy considering competitors and market conditions
o Defining Assortment and Brand Strategy
o Vendor Hunting Strategy definition and Lead Generation management
o Owning Category Sales in Tehran & Other Cities, setting targets for input KPIs and monitoring them in order to achieve sales target
o Vendor Segmentation and specified plan for Main Partners
o Managing Distribution of vendors in different areas
o Splitting Category Target between different Vendor Segmentations
o Managing Home Pages and Vendor Pages of Tehran & Other Cities
o Live Vendor and Performing Vendor Rate Management
o Pricing Strategy
o P&L Management
o Managing Hunter and KA agents to achieve goals of the category
o Category Operation and legal challenges management
o Defining campaigns, Home page management and Conversion Rate Improvement
o Defining and managing category improvement projects and working with other team in order to implement the projects

o Category Knowledge ( Market Conditions , Brands and Products , Main Players of Offline and Online , Competitors )
o Strategic Planning

o Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
o Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written
