- End to end ownership of mass vendor onboarding process
- Defining Strategy of mass vendor onboarding
- Designing and improving vendor onboarding flow
- Continuous communication with category managers about vendor onboarding strategy in related category
- Continuous communication with marketing team about different channels and media for vendor registration and conversion of each channel
- Managing vendor onboarding team members
- Planning and conducting onboarding and training sessions for new vendor
- Continuous checking and improving Vendor panel
- Initiating , planning and executing projects for automation of process ( Email , SMS , …. )
- Improving Self sign up funnel Conversion ratio based on Data driven Approach, Daily review on drop areas
- Establishing Process and Monitoring Tools and continues improvements for vendor Onboarding
- Ensuring sellers achieve the minimum required service standards as defined by the channel guidelines
- Working closely with KAM’s, Operation team , Vendor Engagement, and other Channel teams to execute the vendor Onboarding strategy
