Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Growth team and support data-driven decision-making across different business functions. In this role, you will work on end-to-end analytical projects, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The position requires both deep analytical thinking and a broad understanding of how different metrics, processes, and business areas connect. You will work closely with the Business Analysis Lead and cross-functional stakeholders, where strong judgment, curiosity, ownership, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytical and data-driven projects, from problem framing to modeling, execution, and delivery of actionable recommendations
- Design and build models and data-processing workflows to support business decisions and forecasting
- Extract, clean, and process data from multiple sources using SQL and Python, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Build clear, well-structured data visualizations that make complex analysis easy to understand and act on
- Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives and presentations (data storytelling) for managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Work across business teams to understand how metrics and processes interconnect, and surface insights that span departments
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing speed with accuracy and meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities across the business through independent, self-driven analysis
- Continuously learn new tools, methods, and domains as business needs evolve
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or a fast-paced digital business
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, processing, and analysis
- Solid experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Proper understanding of business and financial concepts, including KPIs, targets, and performance tracking
- Demonstrated experience with data modeling, simulation, or advanced analytical techniques
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to focus deeply on a specific problem while maintaining a broad, cross-functional view of the business
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fast learner and self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently learning new tools or domains
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear and actionable narratives
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility toward deadlines and deliverable quality
- Professional proficiency in English
