شرح موقعیت شغلی

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Last‑Mile Specialist to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving last‑mile performance across cities, key account stores, and multiple delivery locations. You will track orders, analyze service level and cost KPIs, and drive operational improvements that increase efficiency and customer experience while reducing cost. The ideal candidate is analytical, strong in Excel/Google Sheets, and proactive in problem-solving, with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to conduct field checks in Tehran.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Work in a shift-based schedule: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, including weekends/holidays (with 1 day off per week).  
  • Track and manage last‑mile orders across cities, key account stores, and various delivery points to ensure smooth execution.  
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on logistics KPIs (e.g., timings, cost, service level, productivity, exceptions).  
  • Create and maintain performance reports, charts, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets (and BI tools where available).  
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes from order and fleet data; propose actionable solutions.  
  • Develop and implement process changes and optimizations to improve efficiency, timing, and cost-effectiveness.  
  • Own service level tracking and cost-saving initiatives, ensuring continuous performance improvement.  
  • Collaborate with operations, fleet, and stakeholder teams to align on priorities and deliver measurable results.  
  • Communicate performance updates, risks, and action plans to relevant stakeholders clearly and consistently.  
  • Conduct field visits in Tehran to validate store execution (metric shop checks) and review fleet KPIs.
Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, charts).  
  • Proven analytical skills with experience interpreting operational data and performance metrics.  
  • Ability to build clear reports/dashboards and translate data into practical actions.  
  • Experience in process improvement, optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.  
  • Creative, structured problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.  
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Nice to have: experience with Metabase, Power BI/Microsoft BI, or similar BI/reporting tools.  
  • Nice to have: familiarity with last-mile logistics or delivery operations KPIs.  
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, or productivity.
