Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and Develop New Technology as Business Needs.
- Manage and Administer Active Directory Domain Service in Hybrid Mode with Azure AD.
- Windows Server Security Hardening.
- Active Directory Security Hardening.
- Manage and Administer Internal DNS Server.
- Automate IT Flow with Automation Tools.
- Automate Work Flow with Power Automate.
- Administer ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
- Design and Implement Monitoring Solutions.
- Write and Update Technical Documents.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
- Expert in Microsoft Windows Server and related services (Active Directory, DNS, System Center, …).
- Expert in Microsoft 365 cloud service (Azure AD, Office 365, Microsoft Team, Exchange Online …).
- Expert in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
- Expert in ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
- Ability to write PowerShell script.
- Deep understanding of process automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Problem solver and critical thinker.
- Analytical mind and research orientation.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Project and time management skills.
- Familiar with SQL Server Always On Failover Cluster Instances.
- R&D for new services if the business needs.
