Over view
We are looking for an HR- Operations Admin to support our Operations department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
● Developing, updating, and suggesting policies and procedures for all HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, termination, performance management, training, talent management, and organizational culture.
● Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
● Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
● Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
● Design and follow up IDP process.
● Creating HR dashboards.
● Setting up feedback sessions based on performance management data.
Requirements:
● At least Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields.
● At least 1 years of relevant experience.
● Having sufficient skills in working with computers and general software knowledge (MS Office).
● Familiarity with the documentation of HR instructions, contracts, and agreements related to personnel affairs and labor laws.
● Excellent communication skills and interpersonal capabilities.
