Seeking a strategic Business Development Manager with a dual focus on growth and financial planning. You will be instrumental in driving both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability, shaping the future of our POS software offerings in the grocery market.

Key Responsibilities:
● Drive business growth while managing P&L to ensure profitability targets are met and exceeded.
● Lead strategic planning and execution to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and increase revenue streams.
● Develop financial strategies that align with long-term business goals, including detailed forecasting, budgeting, and investment analysis.
● Identify and act on opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and alliances that will lead to growth and expansion.
● Oversee the creation of financial models to predict outcomes and measure performance against growth strategies.
● Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align growth strategies with market needs and financial objectives.
● Report on business development and growth metrics, providing insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
● Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
● Implement and improve operational processes and systems.
● Monitor and manage inventory and supply chain.
● Ensure the business complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
● Maintain necessary licenses and permits.
● Manage legal issues and contracts effectively.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in business development with a significant focus on growth and financial planning in the tech or retail sector.
● Strong command of P&L management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA or finance qualification is preferred.
● Strategic thinker with a keen analytical mind able to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
● Exceptional leadership qualities, with experience in cross-functional team management.
● Robust communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and influencing at all levels.
● Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
● Strong interpersonal and team management skills
