As a Senior Front-end Engineer at SnappGrocery, you will be a key member of our Front-end team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using the latest technologies. You will work closely with our product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver outstanding user experiences. Your expertise in React 18, Redux Toolkit, Apollo GraphQL, Material, UI, Ant Design, Styled Components, and other modern frontend technologies will be crucial to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Frontend Development: Develop responsive and performant web applications using React 18, Redux Toolkit, Material, UI, Ant Design, and Styled Components to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
GraphQL Integration: Collaborate with our server-side API presentation team in the frontend to integrate and optimize GraphQL APIs using Apollo Client, ensuring efficient data fetching and state management.
State Management: Implement and maintain complex state management solutions using Redux Toolkit, ensuring data consistency and application stability.
Component Styling: Utilize Styled Components and other CSS-in JS libraries to create reusable and maintainable styles for your components.
Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and actively participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the front-end, optimizing application speed and efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end developers, to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in React and related technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front-end Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
In-depth knowledge of React 18, Redux Toolkit, Apollo GraphQL, Material-UI, Ant Design, and Styled Components.
Familiarity with state management best practices and a solid understanding of GraphQL concepts.
Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying on top of emerging web technologies.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with serverless architecture
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Previous contributions to open-source projects or technical blogging.
