We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze marketing data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
Performance Measurement:
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization.
Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to measure ROI and attribution.
Data Visualization:
Create visually compelling dashboards and reports for easy consumption by marketing and executive teams.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Segmentation and Targeting:
Utilize data analysis to identify and define target audience segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments.
Data Quality Management:
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of marketing data by implementing data quality processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to address data quality issues and discrepancies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environmen
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
