استخدام Business Analysis Lead

Overview: 

We are seeking a results-driven Business Analysis Lead to lead our team in driving business growth and efficiency. The Business Analysis Lead will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategic solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.


 


Key Responsibilities:


1. Financial Analysis and Planning:


  • Provide financial targets and set P&L objectives for the business.
  • Monitor P&L performance and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans for new initiatives and oversee their execution.
2. Metrics Analysis:


  • Define and analyze key business metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate critical metrics and insights to management.
3. Reporting:


  • Generate management reports regularly to communicate performance against targets and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare weekly business review reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable items.
4. Data Analysis:


  • Conduct in-depth data analysis from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop insightful reports to present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
5. Requirements Gathering:


  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements thoroughly.
  • Document and prioritize business and functional requirements effectively.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
6. Project Management:


  • Lead or actively participate in projects focused on business process improvement, system enhancements, or new initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress closely and communicate updates regularly to stakeholders.
7. Documentation:


  • Document business processes and projects to ensure clarity and consistency.     
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, decisions, and outcomes.
8. Team Leadership:


  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets goals and objectives.
9. Stakeholder Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
10. Decision-Making:


  • Make informed and timely decisions based on analysis, experience, and strategic considerations.
  • Empower team members to make decisions within their areas of responsibility.

Skills:

1. Software Familiarity:


  • Proficiency in PowerBI or other visualization software.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python/R is preferred.
2. Business Acumen:


  • Demonstrated knowledge in areas including business planning, P&L analysis, finance, and marketing.
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to drive insights and strategic recommendations.
3. Defining Stories:


  • Experience in developing detailed business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing complex business requirements to meet stakeholder needs effectively.
4. Planning & Organizing:


  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive plans considering various factors such as costs, timing, and resource availability.
  • Strong aptitude for anticipating issues and revising plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
5. Communication:


  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions and write effective memoranda across all levels of the organization.
  • Empathetic handling of conflicts and adept at supporting troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts.
 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management, or related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • +2 years of Leadership and management experience is significant.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
