Overview:

People Experience Manager primarily focuses on enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.

Responsibilities:


  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee the onboarding process and deliver orientation programs to new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote open communication.
  • Recognition Programs: Design and implement recognition and reward programs to celebrate employee achievements.
  • Workplace Environment: Enhance workplace culture through initiatives promoting work-life balance and well-being.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and drive improvements in employee experience strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and conduct relevant training sessions.

Experience:


  • 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement or relations.
  • Background in graphic design, with experience in creating visually appealing materials for employee programs and communications.

Skills:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
