Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of scalable design systems.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration and adoption of design components.
Define and maintain comprehensive design guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Document design patterns, components, and best practices for ease of use and scalability.
Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Regularly iterate and optimize the design system based on feedback and evolving product requirements.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep the system forward-looking and innovative.
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling design systems for digital products (portfolio required).
Deep understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and user-centered methodologies.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in mentoring teams.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional settings.
Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals is a plus.
