شرح موقعیت شغلی

Overview:
 As a fast-growing E-commerce, SnappGrocery strives to improve online shopping experiences, We are looking for an innovative Operations Process engineer to work on operations teams. You must link operations and information to improve processes; In this way, you should get help from the other teams and various tools.
 
 
 Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop and monitor all processes related to the store
  • Monitoring the correct implementation of KPIs in the store
  • Analyzing processes and problems to provide and implement solutions
  • Cost monitoring
  • Communicating with other teams such as commercial, logistics, supplier, and other stakeholders
  • Identifying unusual situations and providing appropriate solutions to stabilize the situation
  • People management

 Requirements:


  •  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
  •  Communication and People management
  •  Familiar with E-commerce 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  •  Familiar with Databases (MySQL)
  •  Process design and development
  •  Data analysis
  •  Problem-solving
  •  Teams work
  •  Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
