Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategic training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promote organizational learning, and align with business goals. 

Responsibilities

·        Identify training and development opportunities for employees across all levels of the organization.

·        Develop and implement training and development programs based on employee’s performance and need, and aligned with business objectives.

·        Collaborate with HR development team and other HR professionals to design and deliver training programs.

·        Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online courses.

·        Evaluate the effectiveness of development and training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

·        Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in learning and development.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.

·        2+ years of experience in HR or training and development.

·        Strong understanding of organizational development.

·        Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and also with eLearning platforms and online learning tools.

·        Experience in developing and delivering assessment tools.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
