As a fast-growing e-commerce company, SnappMarket strives to improve online shopping experiences, we are looking to hire an experienced Logistics Specialist to help us keep growing. As a logistics specialist, you will be responsible for developing reports showing transportation costs on precise projects and moves.
Responsibilities:
Management of logistical issues with customer service, service providers, delivery sites, and other concerned parties.
Work with logistics, accounting, 3PL, and other functions within the business.
Recruiting and contracting a driver.
Keep records of orders, dispatch
Field monitoring
Monitoring delivery KPI
Track delivery status to meet deadlines and prepare order status reports.
Prepare all required shipping documents and keep a record of soft and hard copies.
Check relevant service bills and arrange for payment.
Cooperation with the financial team on payment records.
Solve problems with logistic services.
Prepare reports for the logistic manager.
Requirements:
Experience in customer support and service, logistics
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Industrial engineering(
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to multi-task, problem-solving and work under pressure and meet required deadlines
Ready for traveling to Non-Tehran
