- Manage the distribution of discount codes and other promotional materials via SMS, evaluating the effectiveness of these campaigns and making necessary adjustments.
- Proactively engage with customers through phone calls to collect feedback on their experiences, using insights to drive improvements.
- Regularly review the website's homepage for accuracy, relevance, overall appeal, and alignment with our brand standards, ensuring a welcoming and user-friendly online presence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer relations or related fields.
- Proficient in CRM software and tools, capable of leveraging technology to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, enabling effective tracking and analysis of CRM plans and outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with customers and team members.
