We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist at Snapp Market Pro to help us through the following responsibilities:
- Following end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on talent acquisition performance.
- Creating job advertisements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roles
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, like ATS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related majors is required. an MBA or MA in Human Resources Management would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
