استخدام Senior Java Developer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented and creative software engineer to join us. You should be able to acquire the necessary skills and techniques quickly. You are required to assist with designing the architecture. Therefore, you must be able to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of application architecture.


Key Responsibilities

  • System Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant microservices using modern Java and the Spring ecosystem.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously profile, monitor, and optimize backend applications and database queries to ensure low latency and high availability under heavy loads.
  • Engineering Excellence: Drive engineering best practices through comprehensive code reviews, clean architecture.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Research emerging technologies, evaluate trade-offs, and design robust technical solutions for complex business and architectural challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Software Architects, Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to translate product requirements into technical specifications and production-ready systems.
  • Mentorship & Ownership: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, maintain clear architectural and API documentation, and foster a culture of technical ownership.
 

     Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a solid focus on modern Java (Java 21 preferred) and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud ecosystems.
  • Distributed Systems: Proven track record in designing and maintaining distributed architectures, RESTful APIs, and event-driven patterns (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Database Proficiency: Strong expertise in relational databases (MySQL), including complex query optimization, schema indexing, and transaction management.
  • Design & Clean Code: In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.
  • Reliability & Observability: Familiarity with logging, metrics, and tracing tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and business stakeholders.
