•  Licensed Attorney-at-Law 
•  Minimum of 2 years of professional legal experience 
•  Hands-on experience in handling both civil and criminal litigation 
• Experience representing clients before courts, prosecution offices, and judicial authorities
•  Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents, including statements of claim, legal petitions, legal defenses, legal briefs, and appeals 
• Experience in attending court hearings, following up on litigation procedures, and managing case progress through all stages
• Experience in following up on enforcement proceedings and execution of judgments
•  Familiarity with the Adliran (Iran Judiciary) electronic judicial system and electronic filing procedures 
• Ability to conduct legal research and analyze judicial precedents, laws, and regulations
•  Ability to manage office-based legal responsibilities alongside litigation matters 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 

• Strong analytical thinking and legal reasoning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
