Job Description:
We are seeking a "Business Line Manager” to join our team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of service level, identify growth opportunities, build strong relationships with key accounts, and drive team innovation. Your leadership will be crucial for building and enabling a team for strategic planning, conducting root cause analysis and budget management, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operational Efficiency: Streamlining delivery processes to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
● Performance Monitoring: Using data analytics to track and improve performance, Cost management and ensuring targets are met.
● Take full ownership of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring all commitments are met and exceeded, and continuously improving service delivery standards.
● Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of new services, developing and implementing strategies to capture new markets and enhance service offerings.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
● Drive innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions and the adoption of new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
● Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
● Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and developing team members to achieve their best.
● Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer issues promptly and effectively to enhance the overall customer experience.
● Strategic Planning: Implementing business strategies and translating them into actionable plans for the team.
● Budget Management: Overseeing financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
Qualifications:
● At least 4 years of experience in business management or one of these fields: logistics, data analytics, operations, supply chain management, business analytics.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
● Proven experience in business operations and performance analysis.
● Strong analytical skills and experienced with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis.

● Proactive Problem-Solving and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
● Knowledge of logistics operations and systems.
