Key Responsibilities


  • Fleet recruitment
  • Telephone support for Snapp driver users (outgoing calls)
  • Survey of users
  • Key account support 
  • Daily Operation support 
  • Drivers Feedback collection 
  • Improving the Driver acquisition 
  • Driver's quality and control actions 
  • Drivers performance check 

Requirements


  • At least 1 year of work experience is required.
  • Familiarity with the principles of marketing and sales.
  • Having time flexibility at work.
  • The possibility of providing at least an associate's degree.
  • Having a great desire to learn.
