The product team strives to turn the pre-defined goals in the product Roadmap into a collection of user stories with maximum quality(well defined) in order to create value for Our organization, and with close and effective collaboration with the technical team so that delivering the features.
so we always make sure that the technical team's tasks are in line with the organization's Objective priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our development team as the Product Owner
  • Get in touch with stakeholders and receive requirements
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Follow our competitors and the industry
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Requirement


  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive the management of product
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred in a good university
