Role and responsibility:

• Work closely with the Drivers Club team to develop social media campaigns and Contents that help to achieve Drivers Loyalty program goals. Develop, manage and track timelines for the day-to-day delivery of work.
• content development such as paid media planning and corresponding creative, development of creative direction in the form of CSRs, ideation, and optimization of social media efforts, and reporting
• Develop weekly/monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
• Monitor the related social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
• Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing
• Collaborate with other departments (customer support, Commercial, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Excellent Idea development, consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills, Content Creation
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of CRM and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in English
