• Implement and analyze A/B or Multi-Variate Tests to provide actionable insights to the operations team on the test data.
• Providing data analysis needed for operations decision making
• Simulating operations environment before action plan execution and building models to address business problems.
• Translating analysis results into business recommendations.
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms

• Proven experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, and Data mining.
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms and having excellent scripting and programming skill in Python
• Pursuing a degree, a BA/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience is preferable
• Having strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Understanding of machine-learning in operations research
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to learning
• Having an interest in data
• Have a strong sense of ownership
