استخدام B2B Sales Specialist(کرج)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:


  • Understanding Snapp business, B2B sales, CRM, and our corporate products
  • The ability of B2B negotiations and acquiring new business customers and close sales by agreement terms
  • Observing customers’ behavior, analyzing and reporting (show weekly progress comparing the current sales of the company) 
  • Following negotiations and sales processes from start to end and finalizing them
  • Cooperating and aligning with local experts and HQ
  • Analyzing local customer behavior and having an approach to promote our core values for them
  • Observing competitor’s behavior, market conditions, and product
  • Trying to build a constant relationship with the current/ potential customers
  • Welcoming to promoting Snapp corporate solutions by going to companies and visiting in person
  • Scheduling sales activities and searching for new B2B clients
  • Visiting businesses and companies in person, making calls and sending emails to generate new leads, and keeping existing clients
  • Arranging meetings to introduce and present Snapp corporate solutions
  • Planning OKRs and succeed with that at least 80% in each quarter
  • Accurate reporting regarding the local market situation in addition to the performance report
  • Having a relationship with the businesses and informing them of promotions and opportunities to keep current customers and acquire new customers

Mandatory Qualifications:


  • Bachelor or master Degree in Management and Business or any relevant field of study  
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience or minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Collaboration and persuasion skills
  • Good knowledge of sales skills, especially B2B sales
  • Result Orientation, Commitment to deadlines, and time management
  • Reporting skills (Office, Official Emailing)
  • Strong Process Orientation
  • Familiarity with legal terms, contract conditions
  • Ownership and commitment
  • Easygoing with intra-city and inter-city travels

  • Average English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
