About team
We are checking fraud in drivers, passengers, and staff and also before each payment which is very time-consuming especially because we have just one person to cover all the mentioned topics and it is not possible anymore to do all the tasks without adding more people to the team. We are also doing it on Thursday morning which is not a working day and it is possible to have payment on off days, so we need to have someone to check all these cases

- Helping to check fraud cases before payments especially on Thursdays and Holidays mornings
- Having someone to check staff fraud regularly.
- Check Fraud in passenger
- Finding new ways to track fraud cases with analyzing current data
