Responsibilities:
- Identifying new vendors and opportunities
- Pitching our services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives on the driver side
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
- Developing goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Getting feedback from drivers and applying them to our current and future relationships
- Training vendors and helping team members develop their skills
- Meet 100% of planned targets for Contracts.
- Being in touch with vendors and making sure the number of complaints from drivers regarding these vendors is at minimum
- Having a plan for selecting the vendors to cooperate with
- Preparing reports regarding the performance of our current active contracts
Requirements:
- Related education or experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness, and presentation
- Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Analytical proficiency
- Intermediate English skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
