Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing Loyalty Club for Cab and Box and development strategies
  • Work with the BD specialist in all over the country to manage the Loyalty Club vendors
  • Analyze Loyalty Club results and performance, reporting and providing new solutions to improve.
  • Monitor the related activities in competing companies in all cities.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Business Development, Operations etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Manage team expenses to budget with a mindset to do more with less
Requirements

  • Knowledge of CRM and good understanding of major marketing channels and Loyalty club fundamentals
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Able to take initiative, show a sense of urgency and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent English knowledge
