Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing Loyalty Club for Cab and Box and development strategies
- Work with the BD specialist in all over the country to manage the Loyalty Club vendors
- Analyze Loyalty Club results and performance, reporting and providing new solutions to improve.
- Monitor the related activities in competing companies in all cities.
- Collaborate with other departments (Business Development, Operations etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Manage team expenses to budget with a mindset to do more with less
Requirements
- Knowledge of CRM and good understanding of major marketing channels and Loyalty club fundamentals
- Strong negotiation skills
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Able to take initiative, show a sense of urgency and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English knowledge
