Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the successful integration of SnappPay’s products
  • Ensure that retailers and partners can sell with SnappPay quickly and without a hitch.
  • Facilitate the integration process between merchants and SnappPay technical team
  • Suggest and support the best solutions for merchants with business contracts.
  • Receive merchants’ feedback and insights and communicate them to SnappPay product team
  • Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices, onboard new clients and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Decrease the duration of the contract to launch time for merchants
  • Reach the set integration goal for merchants
  • Help merchants and SnappPay technical team improve the shopping funnel for merchants
