what you will do
- Translate analysis results into business recommendations
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends
- Carry out quantitative or qualitative research
- Design specific research methods such as questionnaires
- Utilize statistical software to manage and organize information monitoring the progress of research projects
- Manage and organize information with statistical software conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of data analysis techniques and having an excellent scripting and programming skill in Python
- Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools especially Microsoft BI tools
- Expert in Excel
- Excellent knowledge in food and grocery delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have a strong sense of ownership
- Commitment to learning and Teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods ( polls, focus groups, surveys, etc. )
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
