Job description

As a NOC Expert in Snapp, you will be working on monitoring, basic network troubleshooting, log analyzing, reporting and documenting

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and Resolution

Alarm Handling and Escalation

Client Interaction

Documentation and Reporting

Requirements

Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues

Understanding of common information architecture frameworks

Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks

Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively

Experience with Disaster Recovery plans and related technologies Ability to work a flexible schedule

Enough knowledge in Zabbix - Solarwinds - OPmanager - Splunk

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with routing and switching

Familiarity with network security scope

Familiarity with Jira ticketing systems
