شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Calculating payroll by adding timesheets, bonuses, and considering all deduction with zero faults.
• Creating bank files according to calculations with zero fault.
• Passing External (SSO, Tax, Third-party, Investors, …) and Internal Audits without any red flag.
• Delivering all payroll reports without passing any deadlines (According to our deadlines calendar).
• Processing all SSO and Tax calculations and payments with zero faults in specified deadlines.
• Responding to all employee inquiries in 3 working days.
• Handling all kinds of loans and advanced payment processes (From Start to payment).
• Monitoring any related changes in Labor law, tax law, SSO law, … and update the team.

• Expert in Excel (Analytical Skills/ Reporting/Data Cleansing/…)
• Strong knowledge of labor, SSO and Tax laws
• Familiar with Chargoon Payroll Software Experience
