Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success.
  • To guarantee the successful integration of Snapppay’s products with merchants.
  • Ensure that partners can sell with Snapppay without any problem.
  • Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
  • Monitor merchants’ important metrics on a daily basis to provide them useful guide.
  • To suggest and support the best solutions for merchants with business contracts.
  • To facilitate the integration process between merchants and Snapp pay technical team.
  • Follow up with merchants and internal teams to ensure merchants’ issues are resolved.
  • To receive merchants’ feedback and insights and share them with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Educate and guide merchants on best practices, and onboard new merchants.
