Responsibilities 

  • Supervise the sales support team (this team performs the registration of Snap driver digital users, online document verification, and phone support for driver users.) 
  • Planning to achieve the goals of the sales team 
  • Providing daily and weekly reports 
  • To provide analytical services to optimize company's sales support procedures 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in an area of specialization, with experience in supervising others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Fluent in English
  • Data Analysis (BI and Power BI)
  • Experience working in a medium organization 
  • Meeting Management
  • Teamwork
