Responsibilities
- Supervise the sales support team (this team performs the registration of Snap driver digital users, online document verification, and phone support for driver users.)
- Planning to achieve the goals of the sales team
- Providing daily and weekly reports
- To provide analytical services to optimize company's sales support procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in an area of specialization, with experience in supervising others
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Data Analysis (BI and Power BI)
- Experience working in a medium organization
- Meeting Management
- Teamwork
