The main focused areas in our Organizational Development team are as follows: ●Leadership Development ● People Experience ● Performance and Employee Career Development ● Organizational Design and Analysis ● Digital Organization ● People Analytics ● Organizational Culture and Values ● Change Management ● Succession Planning ● Voice of Employee and Wellbeing Surveys

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in related fields
- At least a Master's degree in HR/ Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Psychology/ Management/ MBA/ Organizational Behavior
- Very good command of English
